BoAb Co can assist Aboriginal corporations and businesses, government agencies, non-government & not-for-profit organisations, labour hire & recruitment companies, training organisations and businesses seeking to employ Indigenous people.
We are proud to have partnered with the Robe River Kuruma Aboriginal Corporate (RRKAC), the registered native title body corporate representing members who are Robe River Kuruma (RRK) people.
RRKAC is committed to fostering a solid foundation towards independence, community wellbeing and cultural identity. To do this, RRKAC required a range of community and individual data to assess and analyse the needs and priorities of the RRK community.
RRKAC needed a software and technology solution to be designed and developed to capture, analyse and audit the progress of key community and social mobility markers. They also needed to leverage previous community survey parameters and data to measure impacts between the past and the present.
BoAb Co created a bespoke community data platform that provided assessment and analysis in the key priority areas of Independence and Community Wellbeing.
The data captured has been able to inform RRKACs strategy for ongoing community connection, identifying opportunities for employment, training and essential health and support services. It has helped decision-making regarding investment of resources in response to the changing needs and priorities of the RRK people.
BoAb Co recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People as Australia’s First Peoples and the Traditional Custodians of the land where we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and we are proud to live in a country which is home to one of the world’s oldest living cultures.
